Advanced Neuroimaging Workshop

Main topics:
In vivo 2-photon imaging of neurons and vessels (Gabriele Nase, PhD)
In vivo 2-photon imaging of glial cells (Erlend Nagelhus, MD/PhD)
Quantitative immunogold electron microscopy of brain (MD/PhD)
Digital brain atlasing (Trygve Leergaard, MD/PhD)

The following three elements will be covered:

  1. Basic concepts
  2. Hands on workshop
  3. Presentation and discussion of results

The workshop is organized around 2x2 parallel sessions. Up to ten participants in each group. A total capacity of 20 participants.
The workshop will also feature integrated lectures on career planning.
