Centre agreement signed

On Friday 15 November 2002, the Centre agreement was signed by Anne-Brit Kolstø, pro-rector of the University of Oslo, and Kari Kveseth, director of the Research Council of Norway. A presentation of the Centre was first held by co-manager Erling Seeberg.
