Here is some information on transport from Gardermoen Airport

To Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel and Rica Holberg Hotel Oslo

SAS Airport Bus (flybuss): Departures every 20 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. (Click here for the time table.) Estimated transfer-time from the airport to central Oslo is 40 minutes. For those of you staying at the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel at Holbergs plass or Rica Holberg Hotel, please get off at the final stop. (map). Price one-way ticket: about NOK 180. There is no seat booking on the Airport Bus.

To central Oslo:

Airport Express Train (Flytoget):
Departures every 20 minutes from Oslo Airport Gardermoen. Estimated transfer-time from the airport to Centre of Oslo (Nationaltheateret) is 27 minutes. Be aware that only the train in the direction "Asker" stops at "Nationaltheateret". The Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel at Holbergs plass is within 5-7 minutes walking distance from the train station (Nationaltheateret) (please see the attached map of central Oslo). Price one way ticket 160 NOK.
Tickets for the Airport Express Train can be purchased together with air tickets at your travel agency. Tickets are also available at all Airport Express Train stations, at ticket counters as well as card and cash ticket vending machines. There is no seat booking on the Airport Express Train.

To the venue at Rikshospitalet:

Nor-Way Bussekspress:
This is an express bus which brings you directly to Rikshospitalet from the Airport. You need to take bus F3, marked with Bekkestua (the name of the final stop).
Price one-way ticket: NOK 120.

Transport from the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel and Rica Holberg Hotel to the venue Rikshospitalet:

Take the tram no. 17 or 18 from Holbergs Plass (see map) to Rikshospitalet (11 stops, 15 minutes). Price NOK 30 (NOK 20 if purchased at Narvesen, Trafikanten or 7-Eleven prior to departure).

Transport from the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel to the festive dinner at Holmenkollen Park Hotel:

The festive dinner will take place at Holmenkollen Park Hotel. Bus transport from the SAS Radisson Scandinavian Hotel at 7 pm. The bus will return from Holmenkollen at 11.30 pm. Alternatively, from Rikshospitalet take the metro (T-bane) from Gaustad Station, near Rikshospitalet. Get off at Holmenkollen station (15 minutes) and walk up the hill.
